Information we collect

When you use this website — including submitting a contact form, requesting a rate quote, or using a calculator — we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your loan inquiry. We do not require this information to browse the site or use the calculators, which run entirely in your browser and send no data to us.

Information submitted through a form on this site is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to assist with your mortgage application. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we share your information

Your information may be shared with parties directly involved in processing a mortgage application — such as underwriters, title companies, and required regulatory or investor parties — but only if you move forward with an application. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel places cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit on this site, your IP address, browser and device information, and whether you submit a contact form. This information is shared with Meta and may be used to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you ads on Facebook and Instagram.

We do not send Meta the contents of your form submissions — your loan details and message go only to us by email.

You can control this tracking in several ways: adjust your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, use your browser's cookie controls or tracking protection, or use an opt-out tool such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's at optout.aboutads.info.

Your California privacy rights

Because we serve California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy of it, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our use of the Meta Pixel described above may constitute such "sharing" under California law.

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or account numbers through the contact form — a member of our team will provide a secure channel for that once your application is underway.
